What happened to the weather?? I remember on my way home from work yesterday morning, as I got off the bus, I thought to myself: Wow, is this a georgeous day today. I should go outside and do something. And indeed it was: +4C and sunny, just a slight breeze. Of course, but the time I got indoors, the thought was half lost already. I was inspired by yodaslap's post about the little "trick" that he had found and created my own version. Having done absolutely no legitimate work the night before (because it was incredibly slow) and forgetting to bring reading material, I had the time to decide how I wanted to write it. When I got home, it was just a matter of typing it up and testing it. But by the time I had finished, I started to get tired and I casually tossed aside what remaining desire there was to enjoy the outdoors. It was time for bed, I had decided. And so I slept the day away.

Today, when I got off work, all the nice weather was gone. I cursed the wind as I waited for the bus to come. I'm awake now but can't really do anything outside because it's too crappy (-18C wind chill and snow) to go for a run. I'd probably slip and break something. And I thought spring was on its way. How foolish of me to trust midwestern weather...
