Today at work I was teaching a co-worker how to reprint paper tags for blood bags. Basically, it involves selecting each unit and pressing the "/" key. She explained to me what she thought she should do: press the "question mark key." I was adamant that it was a "forward slash" that was needed, and not a "question mark." And then she pulled out her personal notes and said, "No, I have it written in my notes as 'Press the ? but do not hold down Shift.'" She looked relieved to have proven herself correct; I was speechless.
