Sometimes I just can't believe how stupid I am. I go and completely screw up Visual Studio .NET such that whenever I build an application, Visual Studio freezes. Sure, the application works fine, but I just can't do squat in the IDE. And that's not even the stupid part. While "repairing" Visual Studio, I decided to go clean my stove. I did a pretty bang-up job. It wasn't spotless, but that's how I like it: the perfect looks-like-it-was-cleaned-a-few-days-ago look. To no avail, Visual Studio still croaks when I build my application. So what's the stupid part? While uninstalling Visual Studio (I hope to have it reinstalled in a couple of hours if it ever stops saying "Estimated time remaining... 3 minutes") I go and cook the messiest spaghetti and meatballs ever. Now my stove looks like crap again. At least I'll have a few hours while it's installing to clean the stove again. Hey, I might not be the smartest of kids, but I know how to make meatballs and clean a stove.
